Q: What are your hours of operation?

A:  Our current hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 2- 9 p.m., and Saturday-Sunday, 9 a.m.- 8 p.m. Specialized memberships will entitle access for additional early and late hours. Contact our office for details.

Q: What ages are recommended to come in and visit?

A: Our facility is best suited for independent players ages 11 and up; however, all ages are welcome under the appropriate supervision of a parent or guardian, or with a lesson scheduled.

Q. How do I book a lesson?

A: Lessons may be booked up to 24 hours in advance here on our website or through the MindBody app (search for Cranford Performance Institute). If you do not see a lesson time that works for you, please feel free to reach out to the office - info@cpiofnj.com or call 908-934-0055, and we will help you find a time that works.

Q: What do I need to bring in to have the best experience?

A: Bring your own helmet, glove, and bat. Baseballs will be provided in the batting cages and pitching lanes if needed.

Q: Can I rent equipment at Cranford Performance Institute?

A: Additional bats will be available to use at no cost. Currently, we do not have helmets or gloves available to rent.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: You will get a full refund if you cancel 24 hours before your lesson or scheduled cage rental. Late cancellations/no-shows may be charged full price, subject to management discretion. Membership cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Q: What is the dress code in the facility?

A: Appropriate sportswear should be worn at all times. Cleats are not permitted inside the turf area; sneakers are required.

Q: Are walk-ins available?

A: Walk-in cage/pitching tunnel rentals are subject to availability.
