Rules and Conditions for Cranford Performance Institute LLC

1. Any specific dress code and conduct introduced by the venue must be followed.

2. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

3. Extra care must be taken when swinging baseball bats to safeguard injury, specifically:

4. Practice swing within the nets of the cage only.

5. One athlete is allowed in the cage at a time unless directed otherwise by an instructor.

6. Be mindful of structural posts, cage dividers and nets within the cage.

7. Removing baseballs or other equipment from the site is strictly forbidden, anyone caught will be prosecuted and any credit removed/lost.

8. Customer will be responsible and liable for any reckless damages caused to the premises.

9. The facility will be under the surveillance of closed circuit cameras for athlete and trainer safety and protection. No footage shall be released publicly, but management reserves the right to review and analyze recordings.

10. The management reserves the right to govern the use of all facilities at Cranford Performance Institute as deemed necessary.

11. Management reserves the right to ask customers who are not following the rules to leave and will be escorted off the premises if they are not following the outlined rules.

12. No Smoking / No Drug use: Smoking and / or drug use is not permitted anywhere within the facility.

The consumption of alcohol inside the venue is prohibited and no alcohol will be sold on site.

Equipment Use

1. Trackman Simulators/Pitching Machines: Patrons are responsible for using the Trackman simulators and pitching machines in a safe and respectful manner. Any damage caused due to misuse will be the responsibility of the patron. Must be at least 18 years of age to operate. 

2. Footwear: Sneakers must be worn at all times. No cleats or spikes allowed. Only non-marking indoor sports shoes are permitted.

3. Bat Use: Patrons may bring their own bats, please ensure that the bats are clean and free of dirt, you may also use your own balls.

4. Batting helmets: All patrons are required to wear proper head protection.

Cranford Performance Institute LLC Booking Policy

1. To book online please click through from our website on the book now buttons, which will then re direct to use MindBody

2. Customers can pre book cages, lessons, and times online.

3. Customers can book up to but no more than 3 hours in one day.

4. Cancellations of bookings must be made online via MindBody or at reception at least 2 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within 2 hours will result in the loss of any booking fees paid.

5. Cancellations of bookings before 2 hours, a full credit will be applied to the account to be used for a future booking, no refunds will apply.

6. The management reserves the right to revoke any booking or refuse entry.

7. Full Turf rentals must be booked by phone or email.
